Unused
roles, which are not being assigned, are detected in
pinSpark's regular reports on role usage and marked for
potential deletion. This helps to ensure that a company does
not accumulate excess roles, which are potentially confusing
and counterproductive.

- Excess and Expired Accounts
Likewise, the system scans IT accounts notes employee access
rights that are not in use, meaning the employee may be gone
or no longer need access to the specific application. Either
way, the account is flagged so that it may be deleted or
adjusted. This prevents unused accounts from becoming tools
for system hackers.
