Our Customer Support team is dedicated to providing a high-quality customer care experience. Our dedicated support engineers are here to answer questions related to our pinSpark product; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues; and collect enhancement requests. Pinnacle is dedicated to the prompt resolution of technical and product issues and offers Customers the choice of three levels of support:

Standard Support - Access to support engineers via telephone or email, 8:30am to 6:30pm Central US time Monday thru Friday (excludes public holidays). Contact Customer Support at 1-888-50-ITGRC or support@pinsecure.com.

Dedicated Support - Access to a dedicated support engineer, available 24x7 (excluding public holidays) over a defined timeframe

Platinum Support- Pinnacle will provide a dedicated support person who will work in their time zone. Customer can use the support person to customize the pinSpark product to their needs

Our online Customer Support Portal is available 24x7 and provides self-service assistance. In the portal our Customers can:
