Pinnacle Professional Services

Our Professional Services team is dedicated to the successful implementation of Pinnacle's role based access governance solution in your business environment. Our experts will work with your internal team to define mutually agreed upon project-related: goals; scope; success criteria; resourcing; milestones; and deliverables.

We work with you to develop a detailed project plan that is customized to your needs and requirements. The project plan identifies design activities, implementation tasks, resources, timelines, knowledge and skills transfer, and operational training. Our flexible and proven approach utilizes a multi-phased implementation methodology which ensures that Pinnacle's pinSpark solution is seamlessly integrated into your existing environment. The approach is composed of the following steps:

Discovery and Planning - During this phase, the Customer's deployment objectives and solution requirements are discovered and defined. A detailed project plan delivered that specifies all deployment goals and tasks. Activities include: project kick-off, requirements gathering and analysis, and hands-on technical deep dives

Design and Implementation - During this phase, the activities described in the project plan are initiated. Activities include installation and configuration of the pinSpark solution, as follows:

    collection of identity, account, endpoint, entitlement; and role data from various data sources and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems;

    configuration of role mining, and analysis;

    configuration of compliance certifications, and entitlement reviews;

    creation of business rules, SOD rules, risk profiles, and policies to automate validation of security policies and compliance controls;

    solution testing and validation;

    documentation (manuals); and

    ongoing knowledge and skills transfer

Solution Transition - During this phase, Pinnacle personnel work alongside your personnel to migrate the solution through different environments in preparation for production "go-live". Furthermore, the solution undergoes rigorous end-user acceptance testing by a small group of pilot users identified by the Customer.

Customer Enablement - During this phase Pinnacle personnel provide in-depth knowledge transfer to Customer personnel responsible for managing and maintaining the pinSpark solution. The intent of the knowledge transfer is to prepare Customer team to handle on-going operations and support of the pinSpark solution.

The goal of Pinnacle’s Analysis/Readiness Assessment Service is to work alongside the Customer to determine and understand the business drivers, current pain-points, and solution needs from your management team. We conduct interviews with various Business units and technical teams within your organization, and then develop a gap analysis report which outlines current areas of concern and recommends the best IAM tool and GRC solution that would fit in your environment.

Together with our alliance partners, Pinnacle provides the expertise needed to plan, pilot, implement and deploy pinSpark across your entire organization. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality customer experience, reduce your risk, improve audit performance and minimize implementation costs.

Product Training - Product training courses for business and IT staff help to accelerate user adoption and increase productivity.

Technical Support - Pinnacle is dedicated to prompt resolution of technical issues. As a customer, you select the level of support required from two support levels ensuring you receive the assistance required to maintain maximum performance of your identity risk management solution.
